Notification of Renaming
We are informing you that the company KEMA, Kremen in specialni gradbeni materiali, d.o.o., registration no. 5042321000 and tax identification no. SI93479468, has been renamed to Murexin, gradbeni materiali, d.o.o. The change of the company name has been entered in the court register of the competent court in Murska Sobota and became effective on 4th of September 2019.
The new name will be used in all subsequent official documents and procedures. All contracts and legal documents, signed with Kema, Kremen in specialni gradbeni materiali, d.o.o., remain valid. The renaming will be evident on all subsequent documents; therefore, we kindly ask you to correct the name of our company in your records, while the rest of the company identification information remains unchanged (address, registration number, tax identification number).
The decision for the renaming is the consequence of the changes in the ownership structure of our company, now 100% owned by Murexin GmbH from Austria, which is also specialized in so called »construction chemistry« products, and is a member of Austria-based Schmid Industrie Holding, a stable holding, which is one of the leading manufacturers of construction materials in Europe.
Murexin d.o.o. is retaining the entire team of professionals and already established business processes, while assuming the responsibility for the sales of two brands, KEMA and MUREXIN, and striving to further enhance the recognition in domestic and global markets, with an emphasis on even better quality, specialized technical support and systemic complementarity of mutual product portfolio.
